To get to Level Four ("You are now a Bishop!") requires a bit of effort, but the game does tell you what the correct answer is when you get a question wrong, so if you play long enough, you'll pick up some information about Saints and Personalities, the Bible and Theology. There are also questions on History as well as Arts and Culture and Liturgy and Customs. Some questions come with pictures, others require you to type in your (typically one-word) answer. But pay attention, you don't want to see your last Pope go out because of a typo - in order to get through to the next level you need to clear it with less than three wrong answers.
The game works on Android phones and is available in the Google Play Store (click on the link or look for "Catholic Trivia"). The app is free and doesn't demand the right to use your camera or anthing else - except in-app purchases so you can give a donation. The game was made by Australian Dominicans and you can read more about them here. Katolinen.net rating: Pleasantly addictive, three Popes out of three
